What kind of training do chiropractors receive?
Doctors of chiropractic receive four academic years of doctorate-level education, following a minimum of three years of undergraduate curriculum. They also pass national board examinations similar to those medical doctors must take. Doctors of chiropractic are licensed to practice in all 50 states and make up the third largest licensed health care provider group in the United States.
